• Auctions start as low as a $1.00
• The default credit card on file with your account will be charged between 8pm – 10pm. If your payment is declined for any reason, you cannot pick up your items without paying.  You also have the option, to process your invoice once the auction has closed. 
• Payment on-site is NOT accepted at this location. 
• You may incur fees if you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times
• Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the site.
• Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and It was not listed in the description as such and is not a “damaged” or “incomplete”, “Missing Parts” item, so you can apply for a refund.

Otherwise, no refunds will be given as the items have no expressed or implied warranty.

Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware, regardless of the condition level. 

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item.

Only single item lots are eligible for refunds. Multiple item lots do not qualify for a refund. Multiple item lots are sold “AS IS.”

Once the refund request is approved, the item must be returned within seven days of being picked up. “Factory Sealed” and “Appears new” items must be returned in boxed “Appears new” condition, or you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within two business days, but it takes 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.  

Tax-Exempt Purchases

Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Peaks Auction LLC, contact us via email at: PeaksAContact@peaksauctionllc.com before the auction closes, otherwise the card on file will be charged.

After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Peaks Auction LLC. 

This is an online-only auction, bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which it occurs.

Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or cannot pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction.
